John Richman vintage 1940s black wool flannel DB formal tuxedo suit 38L

  
Very good vintage condition authentic John Richman men's two-piece suit, as shown. No size tag, measures like a American men's 38L - please review measurements below as I cannot guarantee your fit. Looks and feels like 100% wool flannel in black with black grosgrain lapels and pant stripes. Double-breasted suit jacket with grosgrain peak lapel.

One-button front, three decorative cuff buttons at each sleeve. Open chest pocket and flap hip pockets. Measures flat as 19.5" across the shoulders, 21" across the chest, 31.5" long down center back from bottom of collar, 27" sleeve measured from the top of the shoulder seam. Pleated with clean waistband and interior suspender buttons. Grosgrain ribbon stripe down outside of each leg.

Open hand pockets, button back pockets. Measure as 29" waist with about 3.75" of fabric in the seat seam, 13" rise, 32" inseam with about 2.875" of fabric in the hem, 9" leg opening. Some dry-cleaning press marks around pockets and lapel.
